The EOC is seeking a dynamic and experienced CEO to lead our organization. Based in our Rome office, you will head a professional team, working diligently to achieve our strategic priorities and boost partnership and commercial revenue. Reporting directly to the EOC Executive Committee, the CEO will be responsible for the day-to-day management, financial oversight, and operational excellence of the organization.
The European Olympic Committees (EOC) is a non-profit association that proudly represents the 50 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) of Europe. Our vision is to position Europe at the heart of global sport, promoting elite sports and healthy lifestyles across the continent. The EOC’s strategic priorities revolve around supporting our member NOCs and fostering the Olympic values throughout Europe.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ideally other languages, with a preference for Italian.
