3rd INTERNATIONAL ALPE-ADRIA SITTING VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

Lived inclusion at eye level … sport can overcome borders

We play fair, meet each other respectfully, remain open to differences, feel connected across borders → for peace.

  • Sitting volleyball as an inclusive sport: people with and without disabilities play together, sitting on the gym floor, and show top performance, team spirit and courage.
  • The tournament sees itself as a celebration of inclusion: fairness, mutual appreciation, respect and a spirit connecting nations are at the center.
  • The message is: sport can overcome borders, make encounters possible and set a strong sign for peace, participation and equal involvement in society.

Match operations, ceremonies and athletes’ evening (all in Sportpark Klagenfurt, Siebenhügelstraße 107 B)

  • Saturday 26.9.2026: Opening ceremony 15:00, group matches round 1: 15:30, round 2: 17:00, athletes’ evening from 19:00
  • Sunday 27.9.2026: Placement round: 09:30, final matches: 12:00, afterwards winners’ and Fair Play award ceremony
