The IHF has put out to tender the following four editions of its Senior flagship events:
2029 Men’s World Championship
2029 Women’s World Championship
2031 Men’s World Championship
2031 Women’s World Championship
All member federations interested in hosting the above World Championships are invited to submit their letter of intent until 30 June 2023 as well as a corresponding event concept by 30 September 2023 at the latest. After all bidding documents have been reviewed, the first inspections are planned to take place in October before the IHF Council decides on the awarding of the events.
